Before buying: the UK compliance check
The standard Thunder Bolt 460W and Bolt 920W have separate exact ENA Connect Direct compliant records. That evidence applies to those identified systems, not every Thunder product or mounting variant. Discount eligibility and network compliance are independent questions.
A qualifying plug-in solar system still needs the relevant network notification or registration and must meet the applicable installation conditions. Check the safe connection, mounting and manufacturer instructions before buying or using one.
Thunder Energy voucher questions
What is the Thunder Energy plug-in solar discount code?
The PlugInSolarCheck reader code is PLUGSLR20. Enter it at Thunder Energy checkout to request £20 off an eligible solar-only Bolt 460W or Bolt 920W kit.
Which Thunder Energy kits qualify for the £20 offer?
The agreed offer covers the standard solar-only Bolt 460W and Bolt 920W kits, not all Thunder products, battery bundles or newly registered flat-roof and Bolt Max variants. Always confirm eligibility in the checkout before paying.
Is this an official Thunder Energy discount?
Thunder Energy provided PlugInSolarCheck with this direct partner code. We receive £40 for each completed eligible sale made using it. That commercial payment does not determine compliance status or suitability.
Are Thunder Bolt plug-in solar kits compliant in the UK?
The exact standard Bolt 460W (THUNE/21203/V1) and Bolt 920W (THUNE/21204/V1) references have direct ENA Connect Direct compliant records retained by PlugInSolarCheck. Registration and other current UK rules still apply; a discount code is not a compliance certificate.
Why is the 920W kit permitted if output is limited to 800W?
920W describes the combined DC panel capacity, not necessarily mains-connected AC output. The applicable qualifying route has its own AC output limit; check the exact complete system and current rules rather than relying on a wattage in a product title.
